Getting Started

What is the SAJE Launch Program?

The SAJE Launch Program is your onboarding experience. For a one-time $99 fee, we'll gather information about your business, configure your AI employee, test everything, and prepare your system for launch. Once your setup is complete, your selected monthly plan begins.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are fully launched within approximately 7 days, depending on the complexity of your business and how quickly onboarding information is completed.

What do I need to provide?

We'll guide you through a simple onboarding form where you'll tell us about your business, services, business hours, frequently asked questions, phone number, calendar preferences, and how you'd like calls handled.

Do I need any technical experience?

Not at all. We handle the setup, configuration, testing, and launch for you.

Will someone help me during setup?

Absolutely. If you have questions during onboarding, our team is available to help every step of the way.

Can I request an onboarding call?

Yes. Most businesses complete onboarding without needing a meeting, but if you'd prefer to walk through everything together, we're happy to schedule one.

Voice AI

Will the AI sound like a real person?

Yes. Our AI is designed to sound natural, conversational, and professional. It understands context, responds intelligently, and provides a friendly customer experience.

Can it answer every phone call?

Yes. Your AI employee is available 24/7 to answer calls, even when you're busy, after hours, or unable to answer the phone.

Can it transfer calls to me or my staff?

Yes. Calls can be transferred based on your business rules, such as business hours, emergency requests, specific departments, or staff availability.

Yes. If someone prefers to leave a message, SAJE will collect the details and notify you immediately.

What happens if the AI doesn't know an answer?

If the AI isn't confident in its response, it can politely transfer the caller, collect their information, or take a message for follow-up.

Can the AI handle multiple callers at once?

Yes. Unlike a traditional receptionist, your AI can assist multiple callers simultaneously without putting customers on hold.

Can it handle after-hours calls?

Yes. Many businesses use SAJE to answer calls when the office is closed, capture leads, answer common questions, and schedule appointments.

Does SAJE work with my existing website?

Yes. Our AI chat assistant can be added to most websites without requiring a redesign.

Can it qualify leads?

Yes. The Chatbot and Voice AI can ask qualifying questions, collect contact information, and determine whether someone is a good fit before passing the lead to you.

Can it book appointments through the website?

Yes. Website visitors can schedule appointments directly through the chat experience.

Can it answer customer questions?

Absolutely. Just like your voice AI, the website assistant can answer questions based on the information you provide during onboarding.

Can customers use it after business hours?

Yes. Your website assistant never sleeps, so visitors always receive an immediate response.

Phone Numbers & Integrations

Can I keep my current business phone number?

In most cases, yes. We can typically transfer or connect your existing business number so your customers continue calling the same number they're already familiar with.

Does SAJE work with my calendar?

Yes. We support calendar integrations so your AI can check availability and book appointments automatically.

Can it send text messages?

Yes. SAJE can send appointment confirmations, follow-up messages, and customer notifications via SMS.

Does it work with my CRM?

Yes. We can integrate with HighLevel and other supported platforms so customer information stays organized.

Can I use my own business email?

Yes. SAJE can send emails from your business domain for a more professional customer experience.

Usage & Billing

What's included in my monthly plan?

Every plan includes generous AI usage covering voice conversations, text messaging, and email automation. The included amount is designed to support the needs of most small businesses.

Will I be charged every time someone calls?

No. Your plan includes AI usage, so you're not billed separately for each individual phone call.

What happens if I exceed my included usage?

If your business consistently exceeds the included usage, we'll contact you before any additional charges are applied. We'll review your usage together and recommend the most cost-effective option.

Why are there usage limits?

AI conversations, SMS, and email automation all have real operating costs. Including generous usage with every plan allows us to provide predictable monthly pricing while maintaining reliable service.

Will I know how much usage I've used?

Yes. You'll have access to reporting so you can monitor calls, conversations, appointments, and overall AI activity.

Are there hidden fees?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. Any optional upgrades or additional usage charges will always be communicated before they're applied.

Does unused usage roll over?

No. Included usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. As your business grows, upgrading your plan is simple and seamless.

Call Handling & Spam Protection

How does SAJE handle spam or robocalls?

SAJE is designed to identify common spam and robocall behavior. Many spam callers disconnect immediately when they detect an automated response or fail to engage in a normal conversation. For calls that continue, SAJE can be configured to end the conversation or follow rules you've approved.

Can spam numbers be blocked?

Yes. Known spam numbers and unwanted callers can be blocked from contacting your AI in the future. If a particular number repeatedly calls your business, it can be added to a block list.

Do spam calls count toward my included usage?

Occasional spam calls are a normal part of running any business and typically have little impact on your included usage. Our usage allowances are designed with this in mind.

When do spam calls become a problem?

Spam calls usually aren't an issue. However, if your business experiences an unusually high volume of spam, robocalls, or malicious traffic, we'll work with you to implement additional filtering or blocking strategies to help protect your AI resources.

Can SAJE tell the difference between a real customer and a spam caller?

In many cases, yes. While no system can identify every spam call with perfect accuracy, SAJE can recognize common spam behaviors, such as silent calls, robocalls, repetitive patterns, and suspicious interactions. If a legitimate caller is ever uncertain, the AI will continue the conversation naturally rather than making assumptions.

What happens if someone repeatedly calls my business to abuse the AI?

SAJE can be configured to recognize repeat nuisance callers and apply rules such as ending the conversation, blocking the number, or preventing future interactions. This helps protect your business and keeps the AI available for legitimate customers.

Can I customize how the AI responds to unknown callers?

Yes. We can tailor how SAJE responds based on your business needs. For example, it can transfer calls immediately, ask qualifying questions, collect caller information, or end conversations that appear to be non-legitimate.

Will spam calls increase my monthly bill?

No. Normal levels of spam are expected and are factored into how we structure our plans. If we ever detect unusual or abusive call activity that could significantly impact usage, we'll notify you and work with you on a solution before any additional charges are considered.

Support & Security

What happens after my system goes live?

Once your AI employee is live, we'll continue supporting your account and helping you make improvements as your business evolves.

Can I make changes later?

Yes. Businesses change over time, and your AI can change with them. We can update business hours, services, FAQs, routing rules, and much more.

Is my business data and customer information secure?

Yes. Protecting your business and customer information is a priority. We use trusted infrastructure, encrypted connections where applicable, and industry-standard security practices to help safeguard your information.

What if something isn't working correctly?

If something isn't working as expected, simply contact our support team and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do I need to update the AI myself?

No. We handle the technical side so you can focus on running your business.

Is SAJE HIPAA compliant?

At this time, SAJE is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant solution and is not intended for healthcare providers or organizations that handle Protected Health Information (PHI).

As we continue to expand our platform, HIPAA-compliant plans may become available for eligible industries.

Can healthcare or medical businesses use SAJE?

Not at this time. To ensure we meet the strict privacy and security requirements of healthcare organizations, we're not currently onboarding businesses that require HIPAA compliance. If this changes in the future, we'll announce HIPAA-ready plans designed specifically for medical practices.

Why doesn't SAJE currently support HIPAA compliance?

Providing a HIPAA-compliant AI solution requires additional security controls, compliant infrastructure, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and specialized platform configurations.

Rather than offering a partial solution, we've chosen to focus on delivering the best possible experience for service-based businesses while we evaluate HIPAA support for the future.

Will SAJE offer HIPAA-compliant plans in the future?

It's something we're actively considering.

If we introduce HIPAA-compliant plans, they'll include the additional safeguards, infrastructure, and compliance requirements necessary for healthcare providers and other organizations handling protected health information.

What industries is SAJE designed for today?

SAJE is currently built for service-based businesses such as home services, contractors, restoration companies, law firms, property management, automotive businesses, and many other customer-facing businesses that rely on phone calls, appointments, and lead generation.

Will SAJE replace my receptionist?

Not necessarily. Many businesses use SAJE to handle overflow calls, after-hours support, missed calls, and repetitive customer questions so their staff can focus on higher-value work.

Is SAJE right for every business?

SAJE is best suited for service-based businesses that rely on phone calls, appointments, and customer inquiries. If your business regularly misses calls or spends significant time answering repetitive questions, there's a good chance SAJE can help.

What if a customer wants to speak with a real person?

No problem. SAJE can transfer the call, collect a message, or schedule a callback based on your preferences.

How quickly will I see results?

Can SAJE grow with my business?

Is this really AI, or is it just a scripted phone menu?

No. SAJE isn't a traditional phone tree or automated menu.
